What is it? A very impressive "Office" application with powers and features you won't believe. VERY cool tools. You can even work offline and sync the next time you're back online. Now I doubt if this one will be free for long. I also would bet that it will get bought up quickly by the one with the deepest pockets. Google? Yahoo? This again shows the web as a platform - Web 2.0.
